As a facility admin, you log in to the Admin Dashboard to configure your facility — set up security preferences, gate access rules, properties, and notification settings tailored to your community.
Add Residents & Users
From the Admin Dashboard, add your residents and users into the system. Each resident receives an email or SMS with a link to download the Our Gatekeeper mobile app and their login details.
Residents Download the App
Residents and users download the Our Gatekeeper app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, log in with their details, and instantly gain access to all features — guest codes, panic button, notifications, and more.
