What is Our Gatekeeper?
Our Gatekeeper is Ghana's first bespoke facility security and convenience service provider. It's a comprehensive platform that digitizes visitor management, access control, facility communication, and security monitoring for residential facilities and gated communities.
How do I get started with Our Gatekeeper?
If you a facility manager or own a facility, simply contact us using any of the contact methods provided to set up your facility. Our team will guide you through the entire onboarding process, from configuration to resident registration. Your users will simply download the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, log into their account, and start using the platform immediately.
Is the app available on both iOS and Android?
Yes! Our Gatekeeper is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). We also have a web-based admin portal for facility management.
How long does it take to set up for my facility?
Setup is quick — most facilities are fully operational within a few days. Our team handles the technical setup and provides on-site training if needed. We pride ourselves on fast integration and launch times.
Features & Security
How does guest access work?
Residents create unique guest codes through the app. When a guest arrives, security scans the code at the gate for instant verification. The resident receives a notification, and the entry is logged automatically. It's fast, secure, and eliminates manual logbooks.
What is the Panic Button feature?
The Panic Button is a one-tap emergency alert system. When activated, it instantly notifies all security personnel and designated emergency contacts within range. It enables rapid response coordination during emergencies.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We are registered with the Ghana Data Protection Agency and comply with all data protection regulations. Your personal information and facility data are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I customize the platform for my facility?
Yes! We offer full customization options. From access rules and notification preferences to branding and custom features — we can tailor the platform to match your facility's unique requirements.

How much does Our Gatekeeper cost?
We offer three plans: Freemium (free with basic features and non-intrusive ads), Premium (full feature suite with custom pricing per property per quarter), and Custom (bespoke solutions with tailored pricing). Contact us for a quote specific to your facility.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Freemium plan gives you access to basic visitor management, guest access codes, entry/exit logging, and community messaging — completely free. It includes non-intrusive advertisements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible payment options including mobile money, bank transfer, and other local payment methods. Payments are structured per property per quarter for long-term savings.
